Questions and Answers

  • How can I register with Myline?

    In order for you to register, you only need the user’s personal data and a valid e-mail address. You choose your own password (6 characters at least out of which one at least must be a letter, and it must comprise no special character, such as *, % or $). For safety purposes, the password shall be introduced twice. In order to activate the new Myline account, you will immediately receive on the e-mail address you have sent a validation link.

  • How long since its creation will it take for your account to become active?

    When accessing the activation link, you must attach to the newly created account the data in your E.ON contract, by going through the “Partner selection” section, where you will specify your consumer code, the code of the consumption point and the number of the supply contract (those data may be found on the consumption invoice). In order to identify those data on the invoice, go through the “Invoice explanations” section which will provide you explanations for each field in place. The data enclosed to the account will be updated in 24 hours at most.

  • How can I pay my invoice online?

    For the online payment, the “My invoices” section is available to you, where you can see the latest invoices released and you can pay online those still to be settled, with the help of a bank card. You select the invoice(s) you want to pay and you make the payment, with no commission charged. Immediately after the payment has been made, the status of the settled invoice will be “Under processing” until the payment is processed (approximately 4 days), and then the status of the invoice will change into “Settled”.

  • How can I send the self-read index of the natural gas meter?

    In accordance to the contract, the self-read index shall be sent on a monthly basis within the period previously communicated by E.ON. Online, the index shall be sent through the “Meter self-reading” section and it will take a few seconds. The user’s guideline on the Myline portal shows you how to read the meter correctly depending on the type of the meter.

  • What information can I find about the regular revision and installation of my installation?

    Under the section “Verifications and revisions” you can see the mandatory legal deadlines for the performance of the regular technical verification and revision works on you natural gas installation, for each consumption point you select. It is here again where you can download, in a pdf format, the service agreement for technical verifications and revisions performed by E.ON Gaz Distribuţie.
